We have a special interest in supporting foster, adoptive, and kinship families, recognizing the unique joys and complexities that can accompany these journeys. Our work is grounded in trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and principles of Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®), helping caregivers and children build connection, safety, trust, and belonging.
At Re•Story Counselling, we respect the unique beliefs, values, and experiences of every client. Counselling is always guided by your goals and preferences.
For those who request it, Christian faith can be thoughtfully integrated into the counselling process. This may include exploring spiritual questions, drawing on faith-based perspectives, prayer, or incorporating biblical principles into our work together.
Because every person and family is unique, we tailor our approach to each individual’s developmental stage, needs, strengths, and goals—creating care that feels both supportive and empowering.
